Web Based Experiments And Trainings Management Information Systems

With the rapid development of modern information technology, informationzation has become the decisive factor in the development of businesses, and also become one of the most active driving factors.In this paper, under the background of Xi'an Aviation Vocational and Technical College's training management, Academy's Personnel, Training Management and Student Management system is analyzed and studied.On the base of detailed analysis of the Institute of Personnel Management, Training Management and Students Management, a Web-based Training Management Information System function model is designed. IDEF0 chart is used to depict system function, and each sub-function modules is analyzed and designed.On the base of functional analysis and design, entity-relationship chart carry on the conceptual design and the data dictionary design to the database, with this foundation, the database physical design is carried on taking SQL Server 2,000 as the platform, according to user custom the input and outputs pages'design of overall system is carried on, using ASP to carry on the programming as the development kit to the overall system, the whole development work of Training Management Information System has completed. The prototype system has already carried on the system test and the operation in Xi'an Aviation Vocational and Technical College.By the practical application in the enterprise, the conclusion that the system structure is reasonable and it can run credibly has been made. The important guarantee satisfying own fast development need is provided, and the important application value is possessed.
