The medical diagnose is applied domain of information-processing technology, which has the vast foreground. Both domestically and abroad have input enormous support to research and develop in medical diagnose expert system scince1970. many research make a point of summing up the experiences of some experts, then to build up expert system, have knowledge express and rule inference as core, the course of human cognition is simplified and mechanized, the complexity and peculiarity of medical diagnose is neglected. In fact, only a few research can't be accepted and fling into clinical use.The system is co-operated with image department research group of Xi'an Jiaotong University, it is a item which is combined by medical and engineering. A set of whole medical diagnose solution is customized for the system, which is based on deeply communication of medical commonsense,diagnostic flow,diagnostic method, and so on. The feasibility of project has been discussed and demonstrated many times on many national medical conferences. The first step medical history collect system has been realized and recognized by many medical experts.The paper describes the analysis and design of whole system. The system is based on customer, striving on improving the whole level of national doctors and reducing the medical level disparity of various regions, the experts'knowledge share and communication is considered as possible, make medical information digitization and standardization. This build up sturdy foundation of the second step—computer medical diagnose. We exhausted the context as fellows in detail: the system uses dynamic ORM, improved Struts Validator and so on to realize the collection of dynamic medical history, completes the digitization and standardization of medical information, makes some experiments of data mining on the standardization of medical history data.
