Research And Design Of Intelligent Monitoring System Based On Recognition Of Unusual Behavior

In recent years, along with video image monitoring technology unceasingly to intellectualized and digitized, The intelligent monitoring technology has already caused more and more domestic and foreign merchants and scholar's recognition and has conducted a series of research. Along with the time progress, this technology is also in the unceasing development, the intelligent monitoring will certainly have the broad application prospect and to bring the huge economic benefit for the society in the future.This paper analyses the situation and disadvantage of intelligent monitoring system, and discusses the relevant problem of recognition of moving target. This paper studies the image recognition algorithms in pattern recognition field, and gives a image matching detection algorithm based on invariable Hu matrix algorithm. The algorithm has preferable effect on unusual detection. In addition, this paper develop a intelligent video monitoring system using the technology of openCV and direct-show. Through the experiment, this method has very small, moreover it has very good timeliness.In this algorithm foundation, this article uses openCV as well as direct-show develop a intelligent video monitoring system. Through the experiment, this method has very small leak-examining-rate and mistake-examining-rate, moreover it has good real time.
