Coherent processing technology and matched reception technology have been widely used in new radar systems. It makes traditional jamming techniques failed. Digital Radio Frequency Memory (DRFM) can store radar signal coherently for a long time, it provides powerful means to counter new radar systems.This paper describes the principle of DRFM from the point of electronic countermeasure, analyzes the structure of jamming instrument used DRFM. Based on the discussion on LFM signal, this paper studies several jamming methods and presents the simulation experiments, including : directed noise amplify jamming, phase modulation jamming, time-delayed jamming, frequency-shift jamming , etc. The simulation results show that they are effective methods in jamming LFM radar.Considering the characteristics of large pulse-width and intra-pulse-modulation of the LFM signal, this paper uses near digital sample DRFM to jam the LFM signal and analyzes its quality on the basis of computer simulation. The results show that the near digital sample DRFM can generate the false targets, at the same time ,it can isolate the couple between the receiver and transmitter effectively.
