In the age of Mobile Internet, the demand for the quality of mobile telecommunication network became stricter than before. It is more important than before to optimize network. Network optimization is the pivotal tache of the construction and development of network. After the theoretic layout and the accomplishment of the GSM-R network of Da Qin, network optimization becomes the important measure of upgrading the performance of the network and the important content of network maintenance. It turns into the important segment of network spread and the project alteration. Network optimization is a series of research, analysis and adjustment that aim at improving the quality of mobile communication and function efficiency of the network on the basis of daily function and maintenance. Concretely, it is to analyse the system on the basis of the actual represent and the performance of the system to improve the system and provide excellent service quality.The thesis gives the network optimization that aims at wireless performance of the GSM-R network. On the basis of interrupt note of AN, some suggestions are proposed and some experiences and reports are summed up. Firstly the development of GSM-R and wireless network parameters are outlined, then the network optimization processes and tools are introduced. Finally ,on the basis of interrupt note of AN, wireless network parameters are analysed, adjustive value are provided.
