Research And Application Of High Vocational Teaching Management System Based On WEB

Teaching management is the key work of school management, its complexity and comprehension objectively ask for excellent modern management means. By adopting computer teaching management system to deal with the comprehensive management of the school work, the level of school teaching management work is promoted. Fast development of modern information technology makes educational informative process become one of the main melody of the educational reform and development of the 21st century. High vocational school acts as the main part of educational knowledge innovation and the training of skilled worker, how to use Internet fully to establish scientific management information system in school is an important programme that we need to discuss and solve further.The project development is to study teaching management and students management demands of higher professional education according to the realistic condition of higher professional technical institute teaching management, it's a kind of teaching management information system that is designed to use under LAN and Internet network environment. This paper firstly analyses the present development situation and characteristic of professional educational and teaching management system, then puts forward the goal, overall scheme and development road map of higher professional teaching management system design , and finaly realizes them.We use UML as system modeling tool and divide the system into 7 moduls. We choose Microsoft SQL Server as database, Dreamweaver MX2004 as platform, then adopt ASP.NET as database middleware technology to develop Web page surface; use ADO.NET technology and OLE DB to join and visit database. We adopt B/S - C/S architecture; for those private information such as the personal information and connection way of staff, adopt C/S architecture, for others the B/S architecture. And then we briefly introduce the design of login interface and staff information management system, introduce the management of limits of authority of system and security mechanism in detail. This system has been paased the test and the teachers and students can simply grasp the use of it.At last, the shortcomings of the system are pointed out in summary and prospect.
