Study On Ilumination Paramters Mearuement System For CCD Cameras

The application of CCD cameras in stronomy and military has become widespread recently. In those applications, higher photosensitive performance precision is vital to the camera system. However, research on CCD Camera Photosensitivity Parameters Measurement System is limited in both domestic and oversea.Therefore, research about camera photosensitivity characteristic parameter testing system is particularly essential. This dissertation article reviews relavent research in this area, developed completed one CCD photosensitivity parameters mearurement system. This system has the advantageous of high measuring accuracy, ease of control, and easy for expansion.The main research work in this paper includes:1, Based on Corot CCD Testbench test system and ESO CCD Testbench system. The system overall design for an integration sphere based CCD camera photosensitivity parameter measurement system is proposed.2, Implemented the integration control software for the integrationg sphree system power unit and photodiode detector.3, Realized the integration of the frame grabber card and GPIB instruments, completed the test system host controls software. Realized test process automation, and the system can be operated using only host computer.4, Stuedied the system CCD camera photosensitive parameter measuring techniques, and the photosensitivity parameter extraction algorithms, developed corresponding software.5, In order to enhance the accuracy and reliability of the signal to noise ratio parameter measurement. Three SNR extraction algorithms are implemented and comparison test are carried out in the field test.6, Carried out field-test in Wuhan. Calibrated the illumination reading integration sphere light source system. Installed and debuged the entire system, completed system software and hardware parts. Carrieed out measurement with the CCD camera provided. Test results showed the system is of high accuracy.
