With the rapid development of industrial production and modern science and technology,more and more fields need to get three-dimensional information of the space scene,three-dimensional reconstruction as a fast and accurate spatial three-dimensional information calculation method has also get rapid development.Aiming at solve the problem that the texture of the general object in 3D reconstruction is less and can not be directly reconstructed by the surface of the object,this paper studies a three-dimensional reconstruction method using the speckle-coded structure-light of the surface texture of the object.In this paper,the Research on binocular vision 3D Reconstruction Technology of Speckle Illumination is mainly studied on the three-dimensional reconstruction methods,and the three-dimensional reconstruction technique of binocular stereoscopic vision is realized by the projection method of projection speckle structure.The reconstructed system used two cameras to photograph the speckle pattern of the surface of the object,and Stereo matching is performed by sub-region gray-level correlation algorithm,the three-dimensional information of the surface of the object is calculated according to the principle of optical triangulation.In order to solve the accuracy problem of stereo matching in traditional binocular vision method,the texture feature of the object is enhanced by the projection of the speckle pattern on the surface of the object to be measured in this paper.The pixels level coordinate of the matching point in two images are obtained by the confinement of the binocular stereo vision and the subgrain gray correlation correlation In order to obtain higher matching accuracy,and set the pixel-level coordinates as the initial value,by using the method of inverse combination and parabolic fitting to calculate the corresponding sub-pixel coordinates,and achieved a sub-pixel matching program with the average error is 0.02 pixels.In this paper,a three-dimensional reconstruction experiment platform for speckle illumination is proposed.The three-dimensional reconstruction of the surface of the object is achieved.The measurement accuracy is 99.57%.
