In current engineering research area, using common digital signal processor to process real-time digital signal is a hot subject, which provides a kind of very challenge work. Real-time DSP provides an effective method for designing and implementing all kinds of DSP arithmetic in realism applications. During pass years, as DSP goes deep into many kinds of applications, people has rapidly expanded the demand of high-performance digital signal processor. The appearance of digital signal processor makes modern dectect technology become simple and high-feasibility, more and more testing systems based large computer move to DSP platform, which has the same processing capability as computer. Proper using DSP will bring revolutionary changes to engineering.Precision centrifuge is a test equipment of inertial navigation which is used for calibrating characteristics of accelerometer with high-overloading. The rotor of that large rotary machine must be brought into a state of equilibrium. The system of dynamic balance is started firstly and startup of the other system (control system of principal shaft, control system of"birdcage") must ask permission from that, or aftereffect is out of anticipation. The spindle of precision centrifuge is unbalanced if its axis of rotation fails to coincide with its central inertia principal shaft. Such unbalance will impose cyclic force on bearings, causing vibration, even damaging the machinery facilities. It's necessary to design a dependable data acquisition system and theory of dynamic balance to solve this problem.In this paper, in allusion to the random system yawp and random measuring yawp which exist during the measuring process, it brings forward self-adapter filter and correlational filter, which are based on the signal of precision centrifuge's system of dynamic balance and value of floating. On the other hand, we use the uptodate 32bit fix-point DSP----TMS320F2812 to make a high speed data acquisition system for measuring signal and operation. It seems that the system procures nice purpose.
