The Design And Implimentation Of Campus Smart Card Applying System In Shandong Urban Construction College

As an important part of digital urban construction, campus smart card applying system is essential and the important tool to improve the management efficiency. Otherwise, in most high schools, the limitation of the scale of running a school and funds of construction, etc, and the lack of unified administration lead to the independently giving out the card and independently settling accounts, which give great inconvenient to faculties and students, low working efficiency and serious resource waste. The building of campus network, the development of intelligent card and the cooperation between bank and school create good conditions for the development of campus smart card applying system.As the constructor of the new campus, the author takes part in the establishment of general scheme and organizing of inviting bid and selection of type of card and equipment. During the process of establishing the general scheme, based on the principles of general planning,construction by stage and demand analyses of the campus smart card applying system, the author gives out the general campus smart card applying system planning and design of Shandong Urban Construction College, and provides its implementing strategies.
