| Distributed Control System is widely used in the domain of power industry, and its Simulation system is developing continuously. In order to adapt to the request of analysis,optimization and conditioning of large-scale industry process, the international entire compass of DCS simulation is direct to the"Virtual"technology.Virtual DCS reappear the real DCS as possible on a open platform. The realization method of Virtual DCS is to transfer the download files of real DCS intellectively. Virtual DCS has high fidelity of software function.The main content is part of Virtual simulation project on siemens TELEPERM XP. It includes two parts.One is to develop Siemens TXP Virtual function blocks using object-oriented method. They have same functions as real blocks and make them lib files. The other is Object-browser software's exploitation. Object-browser adopt Client/Server configuration and OPC communication mechanism. It provides simple Man-Machine interface and rich debug function. It can selects freewill data member of Virtual DCS to reveal,storage,load,on-line modify and dynamic curve reveal. |
