With the development of science, technology and economy, informationization is occurred all over the world. At the same time, the competition of enterprises becomes more and more furious. So, a lot of enterprises develop ERP or MRP systems. All of the systems play very important roles in the process of informationization, however, the data of system, such as ERP, must be got by other systems.Jiangsu Changjiang Electronics Technology Co., Ltd has an Enterprise Resource Planning system. However, it is quite difficult to get the data in the plants. So, according to the actual circumstance of the enterprise, a IC Test Data Acquisition and Device Control System Based on .NET Remoting is developed. Using the high performance architecture of Microsoft.NET Remoting to solve the problems of collecting product data, watching and controlling devices is put forward in this thesis. Unified Modeling Language is used to build the model of the system. The soft and hard architecture of the system is provided in this thesis. The architecture of the system is a .NET Remoting distributed three tier architecture. It avoids the default of unsafe and high requirement to the client of traditional client/Server system. It avoids complexity and quite easily bring up errors of taking traditional distributed develop technology, such as DCOM, too. Besides, the system has quite good garbage reclaim mechanism. The scheme to design, actualize and maintain of the database is expounded. The realization of the system's sever tier and client tier is provided. Abstract factory design pattern and reflect technology is used. So, the system is quite flexible and easy to extend. A file transfer scheduling algorithm is provided, it solves the problem of many big files transfer at the same time. Taking this system to transfer product data is much quick and reliable.The IC Test Product Data Acquisition and Devices Control System researched and developed in this paper has run in IC test factory of Jiangsu Changjiang Electronics Technology Co., Ltd. It has achieved the goal. For example, it relieves workers'burden, cut down the cost of products, improves the productivity of the enterprise, get data for ERP or MRP systems, fastens the process of informationization and brings great society and economy value.
