Health Information Input And Safe Transmission System Based On Web

The concept of health administration has been accepted by people in the range of the whole society with the development of network technology and computer technology. It is very important to develop the health information input and safe transmission system based on Web with the goal of establishing health information administrator with the users as its center.Having probed into the course and relevant technology of application system development based on Web thoroughly, according to the function and safety demand in the real project, it achieves designing systematic solution by using technology such as network communication, database, dynamic web page, XML, Web Service and Safety etc. It solves especially the key problem such as systematic system structure, automatic questionnaire, transmission of personal health information.By using the system structure based on .NET framework and SQL database to carry on systematical development, this system puts forward many-layer stored structure of categories and detail items to realize installing of the automatic questionnaire and also realize revealing the automatic questionnaire by using the control "Table" of ASP.NET which realizes dynamic loading and organizing controls in the page, makes the system have greater generalization, practicability and efficiency.In order to realize the safe transmission of personal health information between systems, it chooses solution based on XML and Web Service after comparing the advantage and disadvantage of several methods. It adopts XmlTextWriter class to make document after ascertaining the document architecture of personal health information. It encrypts some parts of the document to ensure key information invisible after considering about the privacy of personal health information. The system uses digital signature to ensure the integrity, reliability and non-negation. To realize further disposal of personal information document, it uses XQuery and DOM to inquire and analyse document. It uses transaction to store personal health information to ensure sameness in refreshing data. .Currently, health information input and safe transmission system has been realized. System operation indicates that the design of the overall scheme of this system is rational and the measure of solving problems is feasible.
