With the development of electronics technology, data collector of coal and petroleum exploration with MEMS sensor need more micromation and integration. How to advance surrey depth and precision is always hotspot problem in international correlation region.This topic is subtopic of the nation 863 project "The Manufacture and Practical Research of the Petroleum Exploration MEMS Acceleration Sensor" (the topic serial number: 2004AA-404210). Under the Micro Electronic and Machined System research background, this thesis put forward a set of application solution. By analysing characteristic of sensor, this paper develops a data collect system of high speed collecting and immediate processing, and resolves the problem of low SNR, high harmonics distortion, low sensitivity in the petroleum exploration.By researching accelerometer, a new signal pick-up circuit of dynamics sensor activated by differential capacitance is developed. Electronic components of the circuit are listed. A direct ratio between output voltage and capacitance variation was obtained through analyzing the circuit performances. The article presents that DSP processor is responsible for sampling and analyzing, ARM7 processor is a master of controller. In addition, the article introduces the communication network based on RS485 and CAN bus. By using DC-DC power source, low drift operational amplifiers, optically coupled isolators and filter design, the system has a good characteristic of anti-disturbance.In order to improve signal detection performance on the low SNR environment, the thesis adopts lift-wavelet approach to reduce noise and extract weak analog signals. Based on the threshold de-noising, the paper puts forward a de-noising method that combines mean approximation and threshold together.Software design includes A/D, D/A, serial communication, dual-CPU communication and other driver functions, and also accomplish DSP program of lift wavelet analyses. Monitor programs finish parameter settings, data save, waveform and frequency spectrum real-time display and so on. At last, the article analyses experimental results of measurement and oil field exploration in detail.The experimental results and petroleum exploration results both prove that this solution can advance the sensor's sensitivity and detection depth, performance of the collector is better than traditional detector.
