Surface acoustic wave sensors (SAWS) are one of the most necessary devices in remote measure and wireless transmit. In recent years, with the need of anti-jamming, there has been an increasing interest in developing surface acoustic wave sensor operating at high frequencies. This paper do research on simulation of different structure SAWS,frequency response of wireless passive SAWS and design the antenna of SAWS.Firstly, the frequency response of SAW devices is simulated by the coupling-of-mode (COM) model, the program has been completed by Matlab.Secondly, based on impedance matching theory, we have designed the antenna of SAWS. We provide the design parameter on normal mode helical antenna which compared to the half wavelength antenna is match to the SAWS on the size and is more reasonable. Thirdly, measure the frequency response of SAWS by network analyzer, while discuss the different measure mode on frequency response of SAWS.Finally, in order to study the application area of high frequency SAWS, the receive system is researched .The method of modulate for receive system is provided.In a word, this paper do some research on the frequency response of SAWS with different structure, design the antenna of high frequency SAWS, test the couple model with the measurement of network analyzer. On other hand, give the method of processing the signal of received by SAWS system.The innovation research results of this paper are following:1. Program the simulation on the basis of COM, when analyze the acoustic wave that spread along the slice, present the initial condition and boundary condition into the COM, provide the basis theory for the study of SAWS.2. Measure the frequency response of high frequency SAWS by network analyzer, present that measure the two-port resonator SAWS by S11 instead of S21,in order to achieve the more accurate Q and 3dB BW.
