Being a new biologic information technics, biosensor exerts a profound influence on the biomedicine domain. The bioelectrode constituted by phenylalanine ammonia-lyase (PAL) was used in PKU diagnosis, which has significant academic value and extensive applying field. The detecting system is composed of signal sample module, signal-processing module, controlling module and human-machine module. Being the core of signal sample module, the bioelectrode converts nonelectric signal to electric signal by PAL and ammonia electrode. Based on the analyse of the task and the summarize of prophase study, the main contents are stated as followed:Hardware design has been finished according to characters of the PAL bioelectrode signal. The signal is faint and easy to be disturbed.Control software and tuch screen software have been desiged according to clinical characters. The design satisfies the request of high reliability in clinic application. The human-machine screen is friendly and easily in operation.Based on detecting datum of the system, the thesis gives method and algorithm for optimizing. The thesis gives error analysis and error mathematical model. The study meaning is stated as followed:The system Realies PKU diagnosis as early as possible, it has more social meaning.Viewing for the importance of PAL in nutriology and medicine, the research has the key meaning of PAL's production and application. The research is very valuable for the enzyme bioelectrode development. The system overcomes shortcomings in former method, such as long diagnostic period, high cost and misdiagnoses. It has problems also, such as the bioelectrode's repeatability, reliability and fastness technics of enzyme needs to study further.
