The scheduling management system should achieve the monitoring and controlling function of the whole station'freight field and road unit, at the same time required to track the state of the vehicle and station. This system will be planned for two parts:1: the establishment of data information.Geographic Information Data: it is the important component the data in the entire vehicle monitoring system, as well as the most intuitive part. The operators can easily access the current position information about the various mobile terminals and something like this. Meanwhile, the map information can be edited to meet the growing needs of the station'scope.Management Information Data: the manager could manage the situation of the existing vehicles and personnel to greatly improve the information technology of the entire garage and increase information technology of other resources and equipment relying on the information on vehicles and personnel to realize completely electronic, and information management.2: Data Communication System: This system can quickly, easily and accurately collects the operation information of vehicles, and complete the monitoring function of vehicle operations and state of the station on the bases of geographic information data and management information data system.Based on the three major components of the Scheduling Management System, this thesis respectively explained the structure, characteristics, function, and the major method of the technological realization of the three systems.Part One: preface. From the general background and significance of the system, this part analyzes the characteristics, needs and problems faced by the system. As the entire overview, it expounds components of the system and outlines the related subsystem from a macro perspective, including the basic knowledge of the three systems, such as definition, history, characteristics, and other aspects of the application.In the final part, this thesis describes the work completed; the goal is to make the text more clearly understandable.Part Two: The design and related technology of freight field traffic regulation and supervision system. It mainly describes the overall deigns of the vehicle regulation and supervision system, including the primary function of the system completed as well as the main software technology and operating environment used in the operating system, etc. Through the analysis and collation system needs, this part get a further clarification of the division of systems and the real demands of subsystems. UML modeled the system to make the whole design clear and explicit.Part Three: the establishment of data informationGeographic Information Data: This part mainly introduces the overall structure, the major functions, the methods of realization and the related attention in the Geographic Information System.Management Information Data: it mainly introduces the information structure of the vehicle and personnel information.Part Four: Data Communication System. This part mainly provides the communications and information processing function of GPS orientation information and also provides the operation state information of the vehicles to assistant the geographic information systems to monitor and control. This chapter focuses on the design and the main function of GPS data processing and information module, meanwhile makes a detailed interpretation for the related algorithm of the data-processing part.The theory lies: Through the related properties of the GIS, MIS, GPS, SMS, forming a comprehensive solution for monitoring and dispatching. Clarifying the function structure of every part, and giving full play to their respective advantages and characteristics. Its practical significance is applied to the actual management, realized the vehicle electronic monitoring, and information management to make the real-time monitoring and management work becomes more humane.
