Firstly, the existing basic problems and research status in NCS are analyzed, and the Rate Monotonic(RM),Earliest Deadline First(EDF) and Maximum Error First- Try Once Discard(MEF-TOD) scheduling algorithm are researched in theoretically. Secondly, basic structure and functions of TrueTime simulation toolbox used in the research are introduced,then, the NCS platform is established by using TrueTime simulator. In the third section, the corresponding simulation with two classic scheduling algorithms is carried on the platform. Moreover, the advantages and disadvantages and the adapted system of the scheduling algorithms are clarified.In the end, the mixed scheduling algorithm is researched emphatically. Aiming at the characteristics of non-periodic and random urgent tasks exiting in NCS, a mixed scheduling algorithm based on the synthetic scheduling index (SSI) is presented to schedule dynamically in a close loop by the network quality of service (QoS) scheduler. The simulation shows that this algorithm makes use of the network resource efficiently and has great real-time performance to random load, with high average performance, and strong practicality.
