The change of the demanding of the talented person knowledge structure in society has initiated the gradual change in raising pattern for the talented person in each big universities.The sole pattern of the school year system could not satisfy the demand in high the institutions to raise the highly educated talented person, In recent years, the higher education enterprise in our country has presented the unprecedented development, The scale of study programs in high school unceasingly expands, and the population in school largely increases, the transformation of higher education "educating by the outstanding person" is approaching "the popular education" .As a key finance and economic university in Jinlin Province ,the Changchun taxation collage affairs institute took faces in the whole nation. It has already completely evolved from the school year system management pattern to the credit system management pattern. In such situation, we uses the school network resourceses to establish a system which enables the students to complete the choice of the course on line, On the one hand, it can help in the greatest degree to reduce the work load of educational administration control section and to increase materiall accurate degree of materials. On the other hand, it may form the none-paper work, saving the cost, reducing teacher's work load and raising the effency in course choosing , as a result, much precious time for my courtyard teachers and students has saved . Therefore, we subscribe the research question as Choosing the course system based on the B/S pattern universities student.This article elaborats in detail the principle of work and the movement mechanism of the course system based on the network. We propose the basic model of the network chose system under the union of credit system's basic theory of the course chosen system, after analyzing the basic web database principle and the network secure technology. And we carry out the detailed elaborationits of the movement mechanism and the design thought, and finally unifiedactually realizes a network management system to choose the course.First chapter, it has made a quite comprehensive summary to the development of computer technology and the education situation at present, then it further describes it's urgent and necessary to establish an advanced system for students to choose their courses. It emphasizes these two concepts such as credit system and the system of choosing courses. Through the introduction of the credit system , it draws out the system of choosing courses, and expansion in the scale of choosing courses needs a modern course chosen system inevitably.Second chapter, it elaborates the computer to choose the course the necessity and the importance of choosing the course in computer. It introduces the relationship of the course chosen system between the operation and the restraint, which has determined the procedures of the whole course chosen system. And it is in the main theory basis in the design. The operation of course chosen system consists of the student, the teacher and the curriculum three essential factors. But the three around the course chosen activities have many kinds of non-determinations demands, and these requests directly decide the curriculum arrangement. Restraint relations of course chosen system are called the relations between the curriculum capacity and actual students choosing courses. The spatial restraint emphatically solves problem when the students choose the course s in the space .The time restraint of course chosen system, arrangement between courses should make sure that students can choose the proper courses , and not be able to have the conflict.Third chapter, it introduces the background of developing course chosen system. SQL Server 2,000 is an outstanding database management system, which is used to manage the database.
