Ningbo is a bearing production base in China. There are more than 1000 enterprises producting bearings. Now, the bearing becomes a major exported product in Ningbo. Only in Cixi, the number of the exported product is 10 percent of the whole country's. In recent years, with technological innovation, a lot of enterprises have used single automation or automated production lines. But the surface defect inspection of bearing is still based on the artifical observation. The efficiency and reliability of the method are both low, and it is very incompatible with the automated processing line.Therefore, enterprises also need the automatic testing lines.The size, depth and location of tiny pits and scratches on bearing surface are random, so the contact inspection is not only difficult, but also the efficient is low.Using the CCD image recognition technology is the best way to solve the questions above.The micro-bearing surface defect inspection and control technology based on CCD image recognition technology is the integration of automatic optical, digital image technology, computer technology, software technology and automation technology.Combining the project of technology and tackle key problem-the study of small bearing surface defects inspection systerm based on CCD image recognition technology. Aiming at the fact of bearing production, after doing a lot of work, the author brings forward the method of inspection and control based on computer vision. Computer vision measurement has the characteristics of high accuracy, stable measurement results and is sensitive to the spectrum scope. The automatic measurement and control technology, on the base of computer vision, can make a lot of contribution to improving production efficiency, ensuring product quality and products precision. Now, it is mostly used to repeatedly inspect the parts or products batch producted.The implementation of the project can not only implement automation for micro-bearing surface defect inspection, and improve the level of defects recognition and product quality, but also avoid a lot of losing. So, it will enhance the credit and automation level of enterprises.The micro-bearing is the study object of this paper. Through studying the defectinspection and elimination of disqualification production, the author accomplishes the inspection and control systerm. The paper mostly includes the content which are hardware principle and choice, exterior spring of CCD, communications programme, designing PLC control system.The paper discuses the systerm composing and hardware choice principle,and analyses the hardware theory, besides illustrates the system performance value target . According to inspection and control requirements of parts and the existing conditions of laboratory, the paper chooses the suitable hardwares. Implementing automatization is the key problem in the whole system. Through introducting the working principle and exterior spring principle of CCD, the author chooses the photoelectric sensor as the exterior spring to achieve the requirements of automatic collection. At the same time, the author analyses all the factors influencing the inspection and control systerm, furthermore, emphasizes the choice principle of lamp-house and collection card.Through the study of industrial control computer and PLC communication kownledge, the author makes use of MSCOMM, which is a special control piece of VC++6.0, and accomplishes the communications program based on the platform of Windows XP. Meanwhile, according to the requirement of the process and elimination of unqualified production, the author accomplishes the ladder diagram. Consequently, the paper acheives the function requirements of the whole system.In the end of the paper, the research results are presented, and the succeeding work is suggested。...
