Along with modern science and technology and complex cybernation system and the improvement of information handling theory and technology,Photoelectric signal alternated and the technology with detecting emerge Continuously,Comprehensive automation and the intelligent photoelectric system that get further development,it formed a new science including optical,precise machinery and electronics and computer science——optical precise mechanical electron study ( Optomechatronics ) .This kind of interdisciplinary edge technology is photoelectric technology.Photoelectric technology has been extensive to apply in each field such as industry,agriculture,culture,education,hygiene,defense,research and family life. Therefore photoelectric detecting technology is the key and important composition part of photoelectric technology. Photoelectric detecting technology is a kind of high new technology of not contacting measurement,it is based on the modern photoelectric devices such as laser,infrared and optical cable, through having quilt for load,the ray radiation of detecting object information carries out detection,passes through photoelectric detector to take over ray radiation and changes for telecommunications wail,from input circuit,enlarge to strain the detecting circuits such as wave draw useful information,alternate the interface input operation and handling of personal computer again by A/D,show or print finally the export parameters such as physical quantity that need the geometry of detecting object.From 60's in 20 centuries laser machine born, photoelectric detecting technology made huge progress in the theories and the applied aspects, photoelectric detecting technology and micro-electronics technology combining mutually,crossing mutually,permeating mutually,and became photoelectric detecting information technology. This advanced technique makes the mankind be able to expand the sense of his vision ability more effectively,and makes the long wave of the vision reach a second millimeter wave;the short-wave of it reach ultraviolet radiation,the X radial,and can examine the variation process of which such as nuclear reaction,aerostat launching etc. in the fast condition.The appearance of the CCD solid video,because of its imaging, connecting with the computer easily,can improve the SNR of measuring,and extend scope of measuring through making use of image processing technology. Now,it is reforming currently traditional optics measuring method completely,Because of its high resolving frequency,can be used for the measuring of the exterior size,the contour,the displacement and the relevant physical parameters of the object directly. Because of the high information of the image,especial colorful CCD,also obtain a widespread application in the remote sensing technique and the fiber sensor technique.Making use of the interaction of the light and the material,such as the method of the laser ultrasonic,the laser caloric effect,also have a extensively application in the lossless detection. With the endlessly development of the science technique , the new detecting method will also continuously appearance.The application of the calculator in the photoelectric detecting not only can handle a great deal of diagraph data,but also can be used for the examination of the equipments,and make the equipments become the real intelligent instrument. Because of some traditional optical instrument,such as camera and microscope etc.,adopting a new light information treatment,appear many photoelectric instrument such as Fourier spectrum instrument,CT combining part photography with calculator imaging etc..Combining laser technique with calculator technique,appears a greatvariety of the photoelectron instrument in every walk of life,such as laser phases range finder,laser Doppler measuring velocity,interferometer,fiber peg-top,laser typesetting,laser printing,VCD and various laser treating instrument etc..Along with development of the MPU technique and the combination with photoelectric detecting technology,photoelectric detecting technology will more and more intellectualized. The visual system of the robot have already arranged on the schedule,which directly influences the development and consummate of the robot. In conclusion,the development of photoelectric detecting technology can not get away from the development of science and technology,and it will fast promote the development of modern science and technology.The main assignment of this thesis is designing a better capable photoelectric detecting circuit,and applying it to the practical system. Firstly,overview the development and application of photoelectric detecting technology,through analyzing their main contents,characteristics,importance,and the intending developmental direction, explicit the research direction of this thesis.Secondly,after giving photoelectric detecting system a brief analytical,emphatically analyze photoelectric detecting elements and their basic characteristic parameters,and introduce the dynamic and static designing. Thirdly,analyze,compare,investigate the important link of photoelectric detecting circuit—photoelectric conversion circuit and amplificatory circuit,and on this foundation,giving the problem of the interference.In the end,put the photoelectric detecting circuit which designed in the Sagnac differential interferometer,through imitation software Origin imitating the metrical data,obtain a nicer metrical curve between the input photoelectric current and the output voltage,which approximate the theories. In the foundation of the conclusion in the experimentation,we know that the photoelectric detecting circuit which we designed have a good function parameter and have extensively practical apply meaning.
