As photoelectric imaging detection has the characteristics of good intuition and high resolution,it has been widely used in military fields such as border monitoring and missile defense,as well as civil fields such as forest fire prevention,high altitude observation,oil field monitoring and maritime rescue.However,due to the limited detection distance and small detection range of a single photoelectric turntable,it is unable to effectively monitor the complex terrain.Therefore,it is a very practical engineering application value of the research content based on photoelectric turntable.The photoelectric networking detection system with cooperative work and remote control of multiple monitoring monomers under the condition of large-scale monitoring is designed and developed,and the remote data transmission and sharing function of multiple monitoring monomers through network communication technology is realized.Firstly,the hardware and communication facilities that photoelectric networking detection system is analyzed,including the composition and function of photoelectric rotary table,the local area network(LAN)interconnection structure based on Virtual private Network(VPN),the video monitoring store Settings based on Network Video Recorder(NVR),components and functions of the controlling terminal and the advantages and disadvantages of various system topology structure,and the functions of all hardware facilities were expounded in detail.Through contrast analysis,the main line + star mixed topology network scheme is finally confirmed.This project has the characteristics of flexible structure,easy expansion,good security,easy management and maintenance.Secondly,analyzes the design specifications of the software such as communication layering,hardware driver layering and software design layering,determines the software design of three sets of programs,local client,local server and remote client,and introduces the overall working flow of the system.At the same time,the very important client/server interactive program design,database program design and multi-threaded technology in the software design process are analyzed and discussed.Finally,the C/S interactive program and the Microsoft SQL Server database are selected because they are more mature and more convenient.In the end,on the basis of giving consideration to both efficiency and interaction,completes the interface design of the three modules of the photoelectric networking detection system.Introduced the genetic algorithm into the photoelectric networking detection system and designed a new arrangement of the photoelectric turntable.The results of experiments show that the method of networking multiple photoelectric turntables in this thesis can effectively improve the time domain and spatial coverage of photoelectric detection,which can make up the detection blind area of a single photoelectric turntable,and improve the detection efficiency of photoelectric detection.In addition,this system also has the advantages of high equipment integration,wide monitoring range,flexible structure,and it is easy to upgrade and maintenance.
