Field bus is developed in the world in the middle of 1980's. Through the development for more than 20 years, hundreds of field bus techniques were produced and applied in industry control apply system. But due to worse open and skimble scamble standards, it has very big obstacle in application of field bus. Recently few years along with the development of Ethernet, field bus based on Ethernet is produced in industry market, however these field buses can't always carry data exchange each other.For using the advantage of field bus,configuring resource reasonably and achieving the high efficiency and open of system , it needs communication among field buses, but owing to different communication protocols in different field buses,it has many obstacles in data communication among field buses based on Ethernet. For solving the problem, OPCDX(data exchange based on Ethernet) standard in OPC technique is more applied in the industry control domain. OPC technique is a open and high efficient software interface industrial standard that is based on COM/DCOM technique. It brings the hope in data communication integration between field buses.With enlarging industry manufacture scale endlessly and increasing complex degree greatly, it needs a highly integrated industry control network system based on Ethernet and more field buses, for the need of current manufacture. The paper is based on the requirement of the society's newwork,distributing and long-distance. With the control network of the tire industry apply system for research object, it discusses the integrated case based on OPC technique. In the paper molding control system based on ControlNet and extruder control system based on Profibus-DP are designed and achieved, then communication between the both system is achieved by OPC technique. Through debugging and designing the both system, bottom data exchange between ControlNets Profibus-DP and Ethernet is achieved and the upper machine interface is presented. OPC Server's development is a difficulty in OPC technique. OPC Server based on COM/DCOM technique is designed and debugged in the paper.
