Enterprise Information Network And Industry Control Network Integration Technology Research

During the enterprise’s development process, information management system and industrial control system were built according to the actual need without do much work for the global framework’s optimization, resulting in the exiting systems become one and one information-island. The integration of enterprise information network and industrial control network known as "Management and Control Integration" is the development direction of enterprise automation. Therefore, it is necessary to study and arrange the integration technologies and the integration methods which can link the Lateral and the longitudinal of the enterprises together closely.The integration technology and method of enterprise information network and industrial control network were researched in this paper. The main work was as follows.The content of the system integration was analyzed. Based on a large number of materials research, the step and the principle of the system integration were summarized, the main technology which would be used in the process of the integration was also introduced.Expound the important role of industrial database in the system integration. The KingHistorian industrial database was introduced particularly, and the way and method for exchanging data between other application programs and KingHistorian were studied.OPC clients Interface were designed separately by Excel and Visual Studio, and OPC clients were also written separately by VBA and C#.In order to integrate control network and information network, sewage treatment plant is simulated and transformed informationalizedly. On the basis of the analysis of existing resources, the reform plan was put forward. The industrial Ethernet was built by OMRON PLC; the data was stored by using industrial database KingHistorian, the simulation system was built, and the written OPC client and many data access methods of information management system to industry library KingHistorian were tested, which made the information layer management system get the needed control layer data efficiently.The research can be applied directly to the integration between control network and information network of enterprises, and have a practical value to realize the automation and information of enterprises.
