With the vigorous development of Electronic Commerce System (ECS), the Electronic Ticketing (E-Ticketing) System has become an absolutely necessary sale mode to the airline company. It is necessary to make performance analysis and capacity programming on E-Ticketing System in order to improve its quality of service and decrease its operational cost. At present, the capacity programming of ECS almost locate in experience decision making or increasing of the amounts of computer hardware to improve the system performance, it is lie in the initial prase to programming systemicly through the measure of performance index. The theory and methord of E-Ticketing System of servers performance analysis is investigated, and the mathematical model of performance analysis of web E-Ticketing System is constituted based on multi-class queue in this paper. The expression of key performance index is puted forward, and the route map of system performance analysis and optimazion is summarized in this paper.Firstly, on the basis of analyzing the technical development of ECS and E-ticketing System, the information processing procedure of ECS based on Web is depicted. The system framework and technology structure of ECS is summarized, and the key technique to realize E-Ticketing System is expatiated in this paper.Secondly, with expatiating the theory of Stochastic Queuing System (SQS) and multi-class queuing network system, the multi-class queuing network theory is impored into E-Ticketing System performance analysis. The mathematical model of performance analysis of web E-Ticketing System is established in this paper, and based on multi-class queue, the expression of key performance index is puted forward such as utilization, residence time, queuelength, et al.Thirdly, a route map on E-Ticketing System performance analysis and optimazion is summarized. The method of analytic procedure is described in every phase, and the performance index system of E-Ticketing System is summarized in this paper.Finally, by applying the E-Ticketing System performance analysis model into an example, the customer behavior is simulated, and the course of E-Ticketing System performance analysis is illuminated in this paper. The performance index is computed, and the performace bottleneck of servers is analyzed in this paper.
