At present, the freight express enterprise transportation is the main form of the socialized transportation. Along with the competition intensifies day by day, the freight express enterprises face the stern survival and development questions. If the enterprise strives to make great and strong rapidly, depends upon one's own expansion completely, needs to invest the massive funds inevitably, and undertakes the huge risk. In order to enhance the core competitive power, the more and more freight express enterprises choose through the enterprise collaborative form to adapt day by day the keen competition.Firstly, this article carries on the entire Internet construction design of collaborative platform, analyzes the enterprises collaborative bussiness flow, and establishes the enterprise collaborative model, embarked from the freight express enterprise's present situation and the enterprise collaborative information platform creation mechanism. By using the Web services encapsulation, transfering procedures mutually and unifing transaction commit, this model solves the cooperative enterprise's transactional consistency problem. The cooperative model solves the heterogeneous table's transformation problem through the column transformation rules table. And it solves the bussiness uniform problem through the code transformation rules table. Through the transferred DBFactory and DBAccess classes, the model solves the multi-data pool problem. And the model also solves the multi-enterprise's random register problem through designing connection dictionary table. Then, this article proposes the databases disaster plan.Secondly, above the cooperative model foundation, using the Web services analysis and design method, this article proposes the model's optimized design, proposal in view of the coupling and transactional consistency. According to the distributional database characteristic, the model divides the big transaction into three transactions, and carries out the temporarily data store, the temporarily data transmission and the interim data deletion separately, to guarantees transactional consistency. Through using the Web services level isolate middle information exchanging platform and periphery node, reduces the system coupling. Then, the thesis carries on the detailed Web services and the database design.Thirdly, the article based on the Web service-oriented theory, using the Oracle database, C# language and the dotNET platform, releasing Web Services in Microsoft Internet Information Server, put the optimized model into the freight express enterprise cooperative information platform. And it realizes the collaborative work of Jinan Jiayi logistics Company, the Yantai Wanfang logistics company and Anhui Hui-camel logistics transport company. Through the practical application, it proves that the optimized cooperative model has the low coupling merit, simultaneously guarantes business consistence. Finally, this article proposes freight express enterprises collaborative dispatching mode, and analyzes the collaborative dispatching rationality and income. The article also proposes the enterprises mutually setting up distribution centers which is a new operative way, and analyzes the way's rationality and income. After setting up the enterprise collaborative information platform of freight express enterprise, along with the collaborative dispatching system's establishment and the implementation of sharing distribution centers, it will be able to save the dispatching transportation resources, reduces hardware construction capital investment greatly, reduces large scale of the physical distribution total cost.So it will cause the enterprises resource's disposition even more rational, and achieves "win-win" strategic target.
