Credit risk is the principal risk, which the bank have to face In the bank's business process management .It has become the bank's problem that needs to be solved urgently, that how to identify and prevent credit risk .Electronic has already become the inevitable developing trend for the whole banking, because it is an important means to improve the managing level and enterprise benefit and keep away the financial risk. It has already become the competitive focus in banking to manage the credit business and credit risk using advanced electronic information technology.Based on the analysis of demand for commercial bank credit business, the credit risk management system solutions is proposed ,which could meet Universal credit management requirements .Based on Browser/Server Architecture and standard J2EE application server architecture, using struts framework , workflow , data warehouse, component, multidimensional analysis and so on ,the credit risk management system is developed. The system is helpful to perfect credit information, improve the quality of credit information, regulate the flow of credit processing business, strengthen the statistical analysis, and achieve the goal of keeping away the financial risks, affording the increasing services and effectively improve the competitiveness of the banks.This paper discusses requirement analysis, system design and pivotal technique of the bank credit risk management system. In the whole develop process, author participated in requirement analysis and system design, and was charged with coding of several modules, which are custom management, credit approval, credit limit management and statistical analysis.
