In this paper, a scheme of study and implement on distributed wireless digital audio basestation was presented. On the one hand, the freescale semiconductor MPC852T with two cores PowerPC and CPM was applied and configed the FPGA EP2C35. This chip has low power consumption. In addition, the way process and communication part in Power and CPM can take good use of chip's efficiency. So the hardware system of this paper has been designed base on it. On the other hand, the whole system is developed using Matlab and SystemView in system mode and simulation, and is described using Verilog HDL. At last, the study is verified on the Alter FPGA EP2C35 platform. With the analysising and simulating about the PHY and MAC of IEEE 802.15.4 specification in 2.4GHz mode, the feature of IEEE802.15.4 WPAN (Wireless Personal Area Network) was introduced. In this thesis, some pivotal technologies were discussed, simulated, synthesized and verified such as Half-sine pulse shaping, OQPSK modulation and demodulation, Bit to symbol mapping, etc.The method and process applied in the study is flexible and convenient for integration, miniaturization and according with the development of future communications technology. It has a broad application field and higher value of research.
