Today, with the current of global market, the enterprises is facing more and more opportunities and challenges. With the rapid development of economic globalization and trade liberalization, and, particularly, the rapid progress in communication science and technology, there emerge some advanced management theories. The ideal of Virtual enterprise is just one of these management theories.Accords with the research results both at home and abroad, this dissertation mainly studies the theory, technology and in power industry application of the coordination mechanism of virtual enterprises based on Consultation Center.This dissertation analyzed all kinds of behavior in the lifecycle of virtual enterprise, and points out that the dynamic organization configuration of VE is unstable. In order to deal with the relation and behavior of the members, it needs to establish an efficiency coordination mechanism of virtual enterprises to guide and restrict members'behavior.As one organizational form of half enterprise, half market, VE's coordinates mechanism lied between market and enterprise. This dissertation proposed the VE's coordinates model of 3 layers, and the coordination principle of the mechanism,and described the function of fictitious enterprise's Consultation Center and coordination course in detail. On this basis, the VE's coordinates mechanism model based on Consultation Center of 4 layers have set up.An important task of Consultation Center was realizing VE's knowledge management. This dissertation analyzed the successful knowledge management cases in the large trans-corporations, and proposed VE's double-deck knowledge management system framework based on Consultation Center.Discuss the implementation of Consultation Center. The thought of building VE's Consultation Center based on MARP is proposed. MARP is a technological scheme to realize area resource optimization and disposition, and to support enterprises agile manufacture. The theory and system architecture of MARP (Manufacturing Alliance Resources Planning) is presented in this paper. The MARP's core enabled technologies include the interaction and the communication mechanism based on web service., the enterprise information modeling based on UDDI and the business process modeling based on ebXML.At last, the implement rules of the coordination mechanism of virtual enterprises based on Consultation Center in power industry are represented.
