The first part of this thesis deals with the component-based development of the application software for enterprise equipment management under the platform of Microsoft's .NET. Another part deals with the research of the integrated optimization for the production planning and scheduling in job-shop situation. The technology of .NET component and the actuality of the old equipment management system are analysed, then the feasility and need of updating this system with .NET component technology are demonstrated. In the process of development, the system architecture is first designed and then every level of the software is developed. The method for delopying component and distributed system is also discussed.During the research of integrated optimization, the model of hierarchical stochastic planning for the highest business benefit and for the lowest cost and the model of simulation using extended stochastic high-level evaluation Petri nets are analysed. Based on these models, the model of integrated optimization is established.Then the detailed thinking of Tabu Search is described and the practical algorithm for solving the problem is put forward. Finally, different examples are generated from the program we developed, from which the feature and effect of our Tabu Search algorithm is concluded.In the conclusion part, the contents of this thesis are summarized and the content and problem for next research are prospected.
