P2P technology has been applied to many fields such as document share, distributed computing and the system cooperating. But for a long period, P2P research organization has not reached an unanimous P2P standard, every. technology supplier uses incompatible technology to make its consumers apart from others.It hinders P2P technology from further development.JXTA technology emerged to solve this problem, and it is considered as a milestone in P2P development. Meanwhile, since the network based on JXTA adopts DHT for inquiring, it leads to extremely complicated and difficult task for the effective and efficient realization of inquiry method. It can only be used on the network with special conditions; therefore, it hardly becomes the mainstream.Mobile agent is a new field in distributed calculation. On the basis of mobile agent and JXTA network, resource search has obtained many strong points, such as its variety, flexibility, expansibility, comprehensiveness and validity. In addition, this thesis studies a network structure of three layers, and a more effective method suitable with this structure which takes the advantages of mobile agent.This paper makes a beneficial research and practice in the network structure, and resource searching strategy in P2P network, including the following points:1. Analyse network structure and resource search strategy of the current P2P network, and point out their merits and deficiencies.2. Suggest the concept of services peer in JXTA network, improve the management of rendezvous peer by making use of the Services peer, and expand existing JXTA network structure into three layers.3. In the above-mentioned network model, use the mobile agent technology, make use of mobile agent as carrier to transfer inquiring between rendezvous peer, substitute complicated DHT method.
