| This thesis mainly analyzes the feasibility and necessity of building VHF system in Shandong MSA coverage water area from the view of project feasibility. Moreover, in this thesis the design project of VHF system in Shandong MSA coverage is brought forward. And the project is analyzed and demonstrated.In order to cover all the inshore waters of Shandong MSA, VHF system is built in Shandong MSA coverage. This system can ensure that the navigation can be kept safe, and the endangering vessels can be rescued in time. The inshore water of Shandong MSA is very important sea-route, for there are many vessels passing this area including a large number of domestic vessels and oversea vessels. The VHF system of this overall scheme is designed according to different requirements and different areas. In this thesis, the covering area of VHF communication is analyzed and computed, and VHF communication area, which includes interference area, circle irradiation area and spread around irradiation area, is invested. Moreover, VHF channel scheme and machine model are demonstrated in detail, and all kinds of ways of connecting net of VHF station is analyzed. The ways of signal transmission and characteristics are introduced and analyzed separately. Finally, after analyzing the advantages of transmission of optical cable, optical cable is chosen for the transmission medium.Through the analysis, the author brings forward two kinds of schemes about VHF communication system and demonstrates these two schemes. According to the economical principle, the author recommends the better scheme. |
