This paper thoroughly analyses the steam turbine digital electro-hydraulic control system(DEH)that widely applied at present, and establishes mathematical model of electro hydraulic servo and other chief equipments of steam turbine DEH. Based on specific model, this thesis discusses the static and dynamic character of DEH system and analyse the main factors that influence the dynamic character. At the same time analyses the nonlinear components of DEH system. The influence of dead-time, limiting and hysteresi on DEH system is analyzed and emulated using MATLAB. Analyses several identification algorithms in common use ,and identifies the compendious model of DEH system. The compile of Matlab programme deepen the understanding for identification algorithm. The simulation experiment shows that all the identification algorithms chosen can obtain relatively close results.
