The passive jamming is an important component of the airborne electronic countermeasures and Optical-Electrical countermeasures, the thesis builds the corresponding mathematical models by studying and analyzing fixed-wing combat aircraft, threat source of radar / missile, airborne jamming baits, thereby deciding the decision-making information such as the best interference mode, interference time , the interference intensity and aircraft mobile in different threat environment, achieves the most reasonable and the best jamming effect with limited resources, enhances the combat aircraft's self-protection capabilities and combat effectiveness. The rationality and correctness of the decision-making model have been demonstrated by simulating and testing.The main working and achievement of this thesis are summarized as follows:1. Building the kinematics, dynamics and mobility ability mathematic model by the research of aircraft kinetic characteristic, having studied and built aircraft's Radar Cross-Section (RCS) and infrared radiation characteristic model. In order to be simple, the aircraft is considered as a particle when building the kinematics and dynamics mathematic model.2. Studying the characteristic of the threat source (threat radar signal, infrared homing missile etc.) and building corresponding mathematic model. The missile is also considered as a particle when building the kinematics mathematic model.3. Studying the frequency, radiation characteristic and kinetic characteristic of bait (include the chaff and the flare). Building the mathematic model of bait. There are few studies on the bait's field interiorly, the characteristics of chaff and flare are analyzed detailedly in this thesis, which is the key of the disturbing effect.4. According to the analysis of the threat source, the aircraft and the bait, and passive jamming antagonism principle, building the mathematic model of decision-making, this model include the parameters such as the number of chaff bullet, number of chaff group, interval of chaff bullet, interval of chaff group, single or double...
