Nowadays informatization is a very important trend of the development of the world economy and society, and also an important mark to measure the comprehensive strength, competition, and the degree of modernization of a country, a district and a unit. Higher education, as a base for training quality talents, is also an important field to embody the level of the informatization of China. Its digital and integrated level will definitely reflect a country's development of science and technology. Through taking part in the specific work of Campus Security Office of Northwestern Polytechnical University, the author, from the aspect of system engineering, makes a correlational research between the construction and implementation of the new generation campus digital system and makes an epitome of the code of design, method and instructions. The author hopes that this research can provide some help for other universities' construction of digital campus system of our country.According to the theory of system engineering and information system management, the author first deals with the basic concept of digital campus and its present development, then points out the existing problems in construction of digital campus. The author also explores the rules to be followed in the construction of digital campus in China. Under the guidance of the theory of system engineering, the main purpose of this research, based on the practical requirements of construction of digital campus, is to put forward a digital campus frame for a new integrated comprehensive security management system. And the thesis describes the three key techniques: UML modeling technique, integrated module developmental technique based on EJB, and Web service technique. UML technique helps the modeling for the whole system and the realization of part of code; EJB helps develop the specific application of digital campus; Web service issues the specific application on the Web and helps develop research ideas for the client-side system. Finally, based on the investigation of the system frame of digital campus from both home and abroad, according to the construction requirements of our campus, the research conducts the system frame design for campus comprehensive security management system and analyzes high efficiency, safety and flexibility of the design.
