With the rapid development, maturity of computer and network technology, also with the acceleration of informationization, the Intranet being used universally. Although the Intranet can increase our work efficiency and easy to access information we need, brings about some security problems. In this paper, the Detecting System for the Security of Secret Documents Involved in the Intranet is aim at the non-classified Intranet for government agencies, military units, scientific research institutions and other classified units, and it's main purpose is to detect and deal with the actions that manipulate the secret documents which are Micosoft Office Word and Adobe PDF in the above-mentioned network without obeying the secret rules.Firstly, this paper analysis the security risks of the secret documents in the non-classified Intranet and the lacks of some security management software, also describe the corresponding solutions. Then analysis of the characteristics of classified documents and the mechanism of detecting classified documents, basis on this, we design the network topology and the overall architecture, at the same time leads to the Key technology that need to be solved. Thirdly we study and analysis them. Finally use the top-down approach that mentioned in software engineering to design these modules in detailes. About these Key technologies, we focus on the following:(1) Studying how to use Windows API technology to achieve the rapid search method for disk files(mainly for *.doc and *.pdf file)on the client computers, it will greatly save the client computes' memory resources.(2) Discussing the documents formats of Microsoft Office Word and Adobe PDF, design and implement the classified recognition algorithm based on the classified Key words match.(3) Analysis of the realization of communication between the client and the server, in order to protect the secure transmission of files, we put forward a mixed encryption mechanism based on Triple DES and RSA algorithms, and persent a new solutions to the rapid realization of E-expansion permutation in DES algorithm and prime generation in RSA algorithm.(4) Studying the technology of the client software start following the operationg system start, and the mechanism of preventing the client software from being deleted. The technology and the mechanism is very important, auto-start technology make it possible to omit the use of the client training, while the defense mechanism is an important guarantee for stable running of the system as a whole.Finally there is a summary to the thesis itself, elaborate the present work, and point out the further research direction.
