As IPTV and streaming media services came out and were put into great use , customers need loading networks to offer higher capability in bandwidth, QOS and multicast technology, and the existing edge access networks hasn't satisfied the expansion of broad band streaming media service yet. According to the research of important National 863 Program Plan "the Access Convergence Router", this paper analyses the key technologies, deeply researches the difficulties, and finally designs the 10G LAN convergence interface board which can satisfy the performance requirements of the project.The main work of this paper is as follows: This paper designs the total structure of the 10G LAN convergence interface board and analizes the difficulties in the designment. This paper puts forwards the TV controlled multicast technology based on quick multicast groups zapping. The technology uses 10GLAN convergence interface board as multicast group zapping processing unit, implements distributed processing on Channel Zapping requests and controling over customer to join a multicast group.This paper analyzes the iuput and output processing flow in the 10G LAN convergence interface board, realizes line speed disposal of 10G with pipeline processing architecture, and realizes a high speed table lookup pipeline by "FPGA+TCAM+SRAM" which can implement the lookup speed at 100 million searches per second.Aiming at the frequent update of the hardware table caused by large-scale network TV Channel Zapping, we implement efficient management of bulky data table based on the hash table,which satisfies the time demand of Channel Zapping.
