| ERP was developed on the basis of MRPII, its' management philosophy is based on supplying chain oriented thoughts, ERP is based on information technology, ERP provide a management platform for enterprise decision-making staff and ordinary employees for operation decision. ERP systems incorporate information technology and advanced management fundamentals, it can become the modern enterprise's operational mode, reflect the rational allocation of enterprises resource suit contemporarily, and maximally expand the society wealth, and ERP will become the foundation of enterprises existence and development in information age.With the development of software reuse, design reuse becomes an important research direction in the area of software engineering, which is a higher reuse means than code reuse. And it can support application software development of specific domain and can improve development efficiency and product quality.At present, many software organizations are not able to reuse existing assets effectively when they develop a new system, because they lack supports of helpful technology and tools, which brings them much waste on manpower, material resources and financial resources. This paper lays stress on the research on ERP system based on component technology. First the paper analyzes the development of ERP system and basic theories of component technology, does research on the relation between component technology and ERP system, and on the application of component technology in ERP system. According to the manufacturing information engineering of Hunan Province—demonstration projects in Hunan Guanxi Automotive Coatings Ltd. Co, it presents the function modules and management process design in ERP system and designs a kind of architecture in ERP system on the base of component technology. Meanwhile it has designed logical business process and brought out general structure function map of enterprises. The key function module is mainly studied do realize a flexible and practical ERP system finally. According to the realization of the key function module, the reliability, availability and easy expansibility of design model are identified. The unity system platform supplied decreases the cost and complexity of developing multi-tier applications and supports interface to the integration of existing applied program. The components developed can also support the development of similar applied software. |
