Research And Realization Of Key Management In Smart Card

Since "Gold Card Project" start, application of smart card is universal quickly in our country. And the key of applicaton in smart card is key management.Secret key can be leaked easy when it is producing, in storage and transferring. Whether the other card will be affected when key of one was leaked. How control the use of secret key. Those are important problem in management of secret key.Aim at the above problem, this paper completed many works about the safety in the key management. First, secret key is produced by hardware in system.The secret key is saving in smart card or hardware. The secret key is cryptograph when key was transferred between the cards. All of these methods is use to ensure safety of the key creation, saving and transfer. The secret key was level managed in system. The secret key was dispersed on district code and terminal number. So, damage will not be disastrous when one of key was leaked. The female card must use with the authentication card. And system will record an information in the database and the card when use the card. These ensure safe usage of the secret key.Realization of the key management system ensures the safe application of the smart card.
