Optimization Of Data Query For Traffic Statistic System

In order to solve the problems of how to manage the multiple interfaces and versions in network management system, and enhance the rationality of the management system and compatibility between the managed equipments, DATANG Telecom Company developed the UEMC (Union Equipment Management Center) system. SCDMA traffic statistic system is the important part of UEMC system, its main function is to provide the management and maintenance operations on the traffic information. How to ensure these information system to run stably and easy to manage and maintain becomes the problems that everyone care about.Database optimization is the most important job of system maintenance. It is the main method to ensure the system running rapidly and satisfy the increasing needs of data processing. At present time, the database optimization method is to optimize the network operating system, database parameter and application program. Based on the statistics, optimizing network operating system and database parameters are not as good as application optimizing in advancing the system performance.This paper based on the requirement of DATANG's SCDMA traffic statistic system, present the technologies of database design, use of index, optimization of SQL statement, stored Procedure, paginating query. Analyzed and compared the test results for use of index and part of technologies of SQL statement optimization.
