With the maturation of the software development technology, the software quality question more and more received software developer and user's attention. At the same time, as the two important methods for software quality, the software test and the software reliability analysis has also received more attention. The effective and reasonable software test behavior carries on the sufficient data for the software reliability model which the reliability analysis and the forecast, simultaneously, the software reliability model described software for the quota reliability to provide mathematics basis. The reliability analysis is the effective method for examined the software test behavior's rationality and sufficiency. The software test and the software reliability analysis are the relations which mutually promotes.This article, after had analyzed the domestic and foreign correlations domain research condition, has made the detailed introduction to the software test and the software reliability analysis theory. After analyzed the V software test model, also proposed in V model foundation one kind of new test model, enables it to cover the entire software development and the use process, for carries on various stage the software reliability analysis to provide the data. Afterwards, has analyzed the G-O non-uneven Poisson process software reliability model thoroughly, expand the model application scope in view of this model supposition condition to the model . Also proposed an effective system reliability analysis method regarding the hard-software multiplexed system. Finally, in based on the improved V test model behavior foundation, using the G-O non-uneven Poisson process software reliability model to make the reliability analysis for the Dielectric loss on-line monitor system.
