Radar is facing so many threats such as low altitude breaking through defence, anti-radiation missile, electronic jamming and hidden-body technology. These require higher and higher standards on radar's anti-jamming ability and viability. The technology of digital signal processing(DSP) has been used in many new radars so that it can improve their performance and make them adapt to the environment. With the development of computer and high speed large integrated circuit, the applications of DSP become more and more important and it intends to be more perfect and effective.The digital processing technology of radar signal includes many aspects. First of all, a number of simulations and analysis with engineering implementation are completed including digital coherent detection, pulse compression, MTI, MTD, CFAR etc,. They are used in a research project about radar signal processor specially, adaptive beam-forming methods are introduced detailedly in this paper. Aiming at the actual system construct, we accordingly use the SMI algorithm to eliminate the interference. We develop the technology of adaptive frequency agility based on CPLD to maintain the detection ability under the severe jamming environment. In the end the hardware implementation technology according to this system is summarized.
