Analyses Of And Countermeasures Against The Internet Communication Obstacles

Internet is worthy of the name "the fourth media" because of its booming dissemination. In recent years, more and more families are connected by the internet. Obviously the internet is playing a more important role in our lives than ever before. However, there are still so many obstacles in the internet communication which bother the users and threaten the security of internet information.Firstly, this paper gives the readers a brief introduction of the internet development history and its new form in the contemporary era——Web2.0. And then the paper analyzes the internet communication obstacles, such as information hegemony, digital divide, information pollution, information overload, etc. On the base of the analysis, the writer brings forward three countermeasures, which including technical control, moral criterion and law control, to eliminate the internet communication obstacles.Combine with the new trend of the internet development, this paper puts forward some feasible proposals to solve the problems. In a certain extent, it can provide some guidance for the practice.
