With the development of modern intelligent technology in military affairs, aviation, spaceflight, the requirement of high performance controller is increasingly going up. Being different from the traditional controller, modern controller has developed from simply disposing controlled object to entirely acquiring complex information of controlled object and performing system analysis and logic decision utilizing abundant algorithms library. It is needed both non-real-time logic decision and real time control in control the complex object. In spit of the single chip processor technology has reached the upper level, the performance of single chip processor remain not satisfaction the needed.A frame model of the embedded and isomerous controller is proposed and the realization of this model is introduced in detail. The research bases on an important project in Guangdong province. Current design is faced real-time motion controller, and establishes the foundations for higher apply. In order to satisfy the different request of different controlled object to controller, the modularization ideology is adopted and a flexible multi-function platform consisting embedded system and DSP is developed in the design. Many interface models based on this hardware platform have been developed.The meaning of this topic is discussed in this thesis. The research emphases and development trend of controller and multi processor are introduced. The background of this project, research content and task are talked about.The model divider of hardware platform, the functions and interfaces of every model are introduced by the numbers in the text. Main functional request in master node is described. The main style of embedded processor and the design the circuit of master node based on the embedded processor - S3C2410 are elaborated. Also, the main functional request in slave node is introduced. The characteristic of DSP processor and the design of the slave node circuit based on one or two TMS320F2812A are elaborated.
