With the development of industrial technology,now motion control systems has become an important indicator of development of modern industrial control.At present,the development of motion control technology has been staged in speed,stability,accuracy,etc.Has made great breakthroughs and improvements for the development of motion control systems provide a certain reference value,but they did not achieve high precision and high-speed stability of motion control technology combined with organic.This article is based on the PLC-based control structure embedded on select dual-core processor,high performance,designed a low-cost,high open embedded motion control system PLC.PLC technology is embedded motion control system based on embedded PLC to the high-performance processor for fast real-time control of a device to detect the drive system.This article selects the ARM and FPGA as motion control system control to achieve acquisition and processing motion control system communication management,logic control and motion feedback signal on ARM,realize feed control PWM pulse signal on FPGA,by receiving campaign control commands and motion parameters for analysis,the PWM pulse output based on the analysis result,to ensure the accuracy of the motion control signal,wherein the hardware circuit design mainly includes a main circuit from the CPU,a communication circuit,a movement of the drive circuit,the feedback circuit,the pulse output circuit.PLC software part of the design of embedded motion control system mainly uses the built-in ladder for motion control instructions to achieve,while the motion control algorithm for instruction were streamlined and optimized so that a more accurate pulse output.The design optimization of the current development of motion control system,the control system is not only low-cost,highly integrated,real-time,but has strong scalability,to a large extent also improve the stability of the whole system,users can also simultaneously through the PC,HMI,buttons and other operations to achieve control of the motion control system,but also allows users to online programming,hardware and software online upgrade the controller has good application value and development prospects.
