This thesis is based on the product Plasma Cleaner of HK ASM Pacific Technology Ltd. Control the temperature of two electrods accurately, evenly and reach high performance.In recent years, various large scale integration circuit (LSI), digital cameras, mobile phones and other portable digital electronic products are developing continuously in the high-density packaging and multifunctional field. That makes the heat dissipation problem becoming a very difficult task. If we don't dissipate the heat emitting by the electronic components properly, they will not work and even cause internal heat energy increasing seriously, resulting in undesirable consequences. Liquid cooling system has many advantages such as efficient performance, without external conditions and applicable to the narrow space for heat dissipation. It's becoming the new focus of heat release market increasingly.The temperature control system exists inertial tache and delay in general. It's difficult to adjust the PID parameters if we use classical PID control. If we only use fuzzy control, which will cause static error or ripples. Therefore, this thesis chooses fuzzy-PID control algorithm. This algorithm combines the advantages of both two algorithms forenamed and improves system performance.In this thesis, the temperature control system analysis and mathematical model establishment are based on the theoretics of heat transfer and thermodynamics. The controller is designed by classical control theory, several control methods are discussed and fuzzy-PID algorithm is chosen finally to control the liquid cooling system achieving the requirements accurately.Totally speaking, the thesis includes the following parts:(1) Establish the mathematical model through the theory of heat transfer and thermodynamics, design the heat transfer model.(2) Use ANSYS to simulation, optimize the parameters.(3) Use Matlab for simulation, choose a appropriate control law according to the...
