In recent years, electronic commerce has been developing quickly in our country to enjoy the pleasure of dealing in eBay and to elutriate the best thing with the least money in taobao.com—and which has been a fashion throughout the country. With the increasing of online dealing, the disputes occurred in it also increase quickly. So, how to solve the online dealing disputes to create a good environment for our electronic commerce has become an urgent problem.The thesis mainly aims at online dispute solution system and its application in our country. The thesis point out the shortage of the online dispute solution system model in existence, give a new model of online dispute solution system and discuss the improment relative to the model in existence. In succession, the thesis analyze the problem which the online dispute solution system will face when implemented in China.At the last, the thesis discuss the correlation technology problem in online dispute solution system implement.And the thesis hereby brings forward the definitions of the online dispute solution system and online dispute solution firstly at home through using better foreign experience about electronic commerce for reference.
