The thesis has a numerical simulation about an azimuth reductor box of radar antenna-seat based on a large FEM analysis software——ANSYS.The main works is as follow:Made a FEM model and a static analysis of the reductor box,displayed the stress field and the displacement field, reviewed the strength of the box and the analysis error.Made a modal analysis of the reductor box with FEM and found its natural frequency and natural modes,evaluated the result at the same time.Design the load curve by Simulating the working course of the reductor,made a dynamic analysis with the Full method. Attained the stress course responding time,the stress field, compared the result with the static analysis result and analysed the responding curve.Made a FEM model by ANSYS Parametric Design Language(APDL), and circulated it by SUBP-order,then reviewed the result,the datum are helpful to the structure improving.
