Commanding system for decisions and rescues on emergencies at leaking accidents of pressure bearing equipments is a network communication system for government and enterprise security personnel, which is a supervising platform of the quality testing department on usual time, and it can be used to execute accident condition reports, rescue work decisions, personnel and equipment allocations and so on when leaking accidents of pressure bearing equipments occur. This paper can be a reference for system applying personnel and developing personnel in related fields, and a handover procedure for personnel who will go on perfect this system.This paper mainly introduces my work at the development of the system, they are:1. The system procedure design:For ensuring it is easy to correct and enlarge, the system should be decomposed to some blocks. And the functions of every block, and relations between them should be designed correctly.2. Database structure design:Database table and column should be designed correctly for they can record data needed by the system, neither would them lose data nor produce redundant data. Database managing system is MySQL Server, so EMS MySQL Manager is applied at the design work to manage database by figures, which bring me much ease.3. Part web page design and accomplishment:The system applies JSP. In JSP web pages HTML code and Java program code are mixed, and program code are executed and the result would be set into HTML code. With JSP, web pages would be compiled to Servlets, which occur only at the first request to JSP web...
