The Data Preprocessing System Based On Programming Gain Multiple Alternatives

The data-acquisition and preprocessing system of array signal can be widely used in motor electronics,industrial control,Non-Destructive Testing. The every single one of array signal maybe the output of the different type of sensor, so they may have big difference on the amplitude or the frequency, and this may influence the following AD conversion and data processing, so the research on the data preprocessing system of array signal is necessary.This dissertation mainly researches on the data preprocessing system of array signal which is based on the PGA using the MCU PIC16F876A as the control center, through analyzing the feature of the traditional data acquisition system of array signal the traditional data acquisition system of array signal. We use the PC as upper computer the MCU as the lower computer and write the program that runs on the PC and MCU. The MCU exchanges the data and instruction with PC and PGA using asynchronism serial communications, so the PC can change the Gain of each channel to satisfy the need of the following data processing.This dissertation also simulates the running state of the system, the result of the simulation makes it clear that the each part of system can run normally and the system reached the design specification.
